We’ll be celebrating all things sea related on Sunday 10 April with From the Hebrides to Padstow, a BSO on your Doorstep performance at Westlands Yeovil. From Handel’s Water Music to Adele’s Rolling in the Deep, a BSO chamber ensemble will bring beautiful music to life in the heart of Yeovil.
On Sunday 29 May, our Homelands concert features music from Upper West side to deepest Somerset with BSO Principal brass and wind players. This stirring concert will take you on a journey from New York with Bernstein to Amelie’s Paris with Yann Tiersen, and rural England with Vaughan Williams and The Wellerman! Designed as a relaxed concert, it is specifically adapted for concertgoers with autistic spectrum conditions, those with sensory, communication or learning difficulties, families with young children and anyone else who would benefit from a less formal environment.
There’s something for everyone in Somerset this spring and we’re looking forward to seeing you there! Join us on Sunday 10 April and Sunday 29 May at Westlands, Yeovil. All events in partnership with Octagon Theatre Yeovil.
